Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NSAT platform. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NSAT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. NSAT is operated by NSAT LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Uzbekistan.

2. Description of Service

NSAT is a digital SAT preparation platform that provides adaptive practice tests, practice questions, analytics, and educational content designed to help students prepare for the Digital SAT exam. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Adaptive practice exams simulating the official Digital SAT format
  • Question banks with detailed explanations
  • Performance analytics and progress tracking
  • Study tools including an integrated Desmos calculator
  • Collaborative features such as study squads and discussions
  • Institutional features for schools and educators

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Schools enrolling students under 13 must obtain appropriate parental consent before granting access.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, distribute, reproduce, or sell test questions or proprietary content from the Service
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Service
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures, access restrictions, or usage limits
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users on a single account
  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or infrastructure
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to questions, explanations, graphics, logos, user interface design, and software, is the property of NSAT LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, NSAT.

7. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Receive email notifications regarding billing, payment status, and account changes

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the available features or content in that billing period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR SAT SCORES WILL IMPROVE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS. RESULTS VARY BASED ON INDIVIDUAL EFFORT, STUDY HABITS, AND OTHER FACTORS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NSAT LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uzbekistan.
